Clarissa
About

Hi, I'm Clarissa

I'm a young singer that dedicates all my spare time to performing!

I have been gigging up and down the UK over the last few years, in between recording two albums. I love to sing live, and have performed all over the UK; to shoppers in Manchester's Trafford Centre to massive crowds at Regent's Park in London!

My solo career began at the age of 10, when I released my debut album Memory which was dedicated my late sister Kathleen. In 2007 I released my second album, At Last. The profits of both CD’s I have kindly donated to SANDS – Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society as they supported my family so much at a really difficult time.

My singing has, so far, taken me all over the country - I won a Local Hero Award and even received a letter from the Queen.

Celine Dion is my favourite singer; other artists I admire include Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson and Shania Twain. I really love the Pussycat Dolls too; in fact I’m passionate about most types of music.

My ambition is to become a professional singer and hopefully one day my dream will come true.

When I’m not singing, I like to chill out with friends, watch loads of TV (I know… I should be doing homework!) and practice my gymnastics.
